About Christina
Hi, I’m Christina Tsutsui, Realtor, community advocate, and founder of TnT Real Estate and The Cove Co-Working in Prineville, Oregon. I’ve built my career around helping people find the right place to live, grow, and belong—whether that’s a dream home, a local business space, or a supportive professional network.

Born and raised in Oregon, I’ve called Central Oregon home since 2009. I don’t just work here—I live fully rooted in the community, raising my son, leading youth programs, and investing time and heart into the people and projects that matter most.

My approach to real estate is personal and practical. With years of small business experience behind me, I bring a sharp eye for value, a problem-solver’s mindset, and a deep understanding of what it takes to make a move—whether you're buying, selling, or starting fresh. I serve clients across Crook, Jefferson, and Deschutes Counties with clear communication, expert guidance, and genuine care.

Living Local, Giving Back
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me serving as a Scout leader and youth mentor, helping the next generation grow through outdoor adventures, leadership experiences, and hands-on learning. I believe kids thrive when they’re given purpose, responsibility, and space to be themselves—and I carry that same belief into my work with clients and partners.

I’m also an active ambassador with the local Chamber of Commerce, showing up for small businesses and collaborating on ways to keep our local economy strong. I know what it’s like to build something from the ground up, and I’m always looking for ways to connect people and ideas that can move us all forward.

Grounded & Growing
While life looks a little different than it did a few years ago, I’m proud of where I’ve landed—and even more excited for what’s ahead. I’m raising a kind, curious teenager. I’m nearly back to being debt-free. I’ve simplified, refocused, and leaned into living well with what I already have right here.

My goal is to be a trusted guide—whether you're searching for a home, growing your business, or simply looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of Central Oregon living. If that sounds like the kind of connection you’re looking for, I’d love to meet you.
